Good bye Layla Marie. You were such an amazing girl. I was truly blessed to have such a good dog as my first baby. Layla Marie was an owner surrender since she was diagnosed with parvo. She needed several days of hospitalization but recovered like a champ. Layla Marie became a certified pet therapy dog and loved everyone and all animals. She did not mind when I brought home foster animals, she knew I would always love her. Layla was diagnosed with cancer three months ago. I decided as long as she was happy eating and drinking I wanted as much time with her as I could get. Tragically Layla Marie was attacked and I had to make the hard decision sooner than I thought I was going too. I made the decision to put her to rest so she was no longer in any pain and had no suffering. I know in my heart I made the right call but that does not make it any easier. Layla Marie leaves behind many friends that will miss her!! I love you Layla and you will be deeply missed! Dog in Heaven! Have You a dog in Heaven, Lord? Is there room for just one more? Cause my beloved dog died today; She\\\'ll be waiting at Your door. Please take her into Heaven, Lord. And keep her there for me.
