When Junior was brought into the Community Veterinary Hospital in Garden Grove, he was just shy of being a year old. Junior is a terrier-mixed, male, neutered dog that had a right front radius and ulna fracture or a forelimb fracture. It truly was love at first sight. Henrietta had been yearning for an apartment-sized dog, but not one of the tiny ones that seemed to abound everywhere. It was love at first sight when Liezel Fernando’s three boys first saw Scottie, a Jack Russell Terrier mix, at a shelter two years ago. Feisty, smart, and loyal, Scottie was adopted by the Fernando family and became an incredibly loving and muchloved family member.
